    In order that we can provide you with the best possible service, please ensure that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order. We will always send you an e-mail before processing your order so please ensure that your contact details are correct. If you have not received an e-mail from us then there is likely to be a problem so please contact us as soon as possible to see the status of your order.
  1. From the product pages, select each item that you would like to order using the appropriate Add to Cart button. You will then be directed to the secure payment site.
  2. Select the Continue shopping button to return to the product pages.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for additional purchases.
  4. After selecting your items, select the Postage button to add any postage costs due. This should be based on your total order value and destination address. Select the appropriate button from the postage table for your order.

    If required, you can use the View cart button to check the value of your order.
  5. Note that all Overseas orders will be sent by Airmail and will require a signature on delivery.
  6. When you have added your postage, review your order before selecting the Check Out button to make your card payment.
  7. Follow the payment instructions given by the secure payment site.
  8. If you have not received an e-mail confirming receipt of your order within 24 hours, please contact us so that we can resolve any problems.
  9. Goods will not be despatched until (a) postage is paid, (b) we have received a confirmed delivery address and (c) your payment has cleared.
  10. If, for any reason, we are unable to process your order, we will refund your payment in full.
  11. Where an order has been returned to us as an unclaimed item following unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional postage costs will become due on any subsequent order re-sends. Therefore, if the order is returned to us unclaimed for a second time, we will deduct the actual postage costs that we have incurred from any refund amount due to you.

  1. Will I receive confimation my order?

    We aim to send an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order within 24 hours. Please contact us if you have not received an acknowledgement after this time as it may contain important information about your order. To avoid e-mails being re-directed to your junk-mail folder, add to your list of safe senders.

  2. Why have I not received my order?

    Your order may be delayed because we are waiting for a postage payment, address confirmation or a stock replenishment. We will contact you if we have a problem sending your order out. Please e-mail us if you have any concerns about the progress of your order.

  3. I have just placed an order but have forgotten to add the postage - how can I correct this?

    Please add the postage by visiting the table on the Postage Costs page. Select the correct charges according to your location and order value.

  4. I am having problems placing an order - what would you suggest I do?

    Customers reporting similar problems in the past have resolved these by clearing the internet browser cache on their computers. If you are still experiencing problems, please report a problem so that we can invesigate - thank you.

  5. Why have you not responded to my e-mail offering you products or services?

    Please accept our apologies as we do not have the time to deal individually with all the offers we receive. We have a list of preferred suppliers that serve our needs so it is very unlikely that would take up an unsolicited offer.
